Would stay again
The main reception and pool and bar area was very nice, the food was good. Loved the kangaroos, fairly close to beach.
The rooms were needing a renovation, the rooms were not that clean. Room service was great one night, but another night the tea bags didn't turn up. Would have enjoyed a restaurant to eat in, not just outdoors.

The friendliness of staff, the reception is awesome, the pool, bars, water so close.
Room was average, but I felt the price matched the condition. It was nice to be out in the other areas where it was a nicer ambience.

What was the highlight of Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort
It was a nice stay, we had a great time but would expect more value for the money we paid.
We love the lobby and the facilities around it, we absolutely loved the sailboats and the fact that they were free to use. We loved the kangaroos around and the comfort of the room’s access to the lagoon and the view. We loved the breakfasts and the hige variety the buffet had.
We didn’t like the food from the restaurant for lunch and dinner, none of us liked what we ordered. We didn’t like the fact that the pool was not heated, it was such a turn off as it was mainly the reason why we chose this hotel. The fact that the pool looked so beautiful. It was absolutely freezing cold, and the spa was obviously folull of kids and it wasn’t relaxing. We didn’t love the building corridors to the rooms, they looked old and not welcoming. We didn’t love the fact that you had to put coins in to play pool because we didn’t have any cash and despite we trying to ask the staff in the front desk for an alternative we couldn’t play.
